Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Piumosso is a platform that connects concert organizers offering gigs to classical orchestra musicians with potential candidates. We facilitate these connections but are not party to any agreements made between users.

2.2. Users are required to populate their profiles with professional information.
2.3. Email addresses, physical addresses, and phone numbers provided during registration are kept confidential and not shared publicly.
3.1. We collect the following personal data: email, address, phone number, and names.
3.2. This data is used solely for the purpose of contacting users and facilitating connections between musicians and concert organizers.
3.3. Our data is stored in European data centers. We implement security measures including firewalls and password protection, with access limited to Piumosso employees.
4.1. Users have full rights regarding their data, including access, correction, and deletion.
4.2. We keep user data synchronized with their use. If users delete or change data, we will update or delete it in our system accordingly.
4.3. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
There is no minimum age requirement for using our service.
6.1. We only accept uploads of media through platforms that already deal with data protection, such as YouTube or Vimeo.
6.2. All other data provided by users becomes our intellectual property as long as the user is on our platform.
7.1. Users are expected to be cordial and professional in their interactions with each other.
7.2. Users are prohibited from bypassing our platform to communicate directly with each other.
7.3. Users must fulfill their commitments to one another.
7.4. Violation of these conduct rules may result in expulsion from the platform.
We reserve the right to terminate a user's account under the following conditions:
9.1. We are not liable for the behavior of users or for the content they publish.
9.2. Users are responsible for their own insurance, including insurance for their instruments or events.
9.3. We are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during performances or events arranged through our platform.
Any disputes between users and our company will be handled in court.
We will notify users about changes to these Terms and Conditions via email.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, specifically the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
13.1. Currently, no fees are charged for using the platform. We operate under a donation-based system called "Spende" in Germany.
13.2. Payments between musicians and concert organizers are the responsibility of the parties involved.
14.1. Gigs can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
14.2. For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, the full fee should be offered to musicians.
14.3. Musicians can cancel gigs up to 24 hours in advance but must offer an alternative musician of similar skill level.
14.4. Three cancellations by a user will result in expulsion from the platform.
User verification is conducted through email confirmation.
16.1. We reserve the right to screen conversations between users.
16.2. This screening is used to ensure conversations remain cordial and professional, and to prevent users from bypassing the platform.
17.1. Our platform integrates with third-party services including Mailchimp and Google.
17.2. Users may be subject to additional terms from these third-party services.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Piumosso and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of their use or misuse of the Service.
19.1. In the event of force majeure circumstances (such as pandemics or natural disasters) affecting gigs, musicians should be paid at least in part for events that do not occur.
19.2. Musicians are responsible for finding replacements with equivalent skills under the same conditions, or at minimum, informing concert organizers in a timely manner.
Users agree not to circumvent the platform to avoid fees or violate these Terms.
21.1. Confidentiality between users and the platform is protected.
21.2. All data shared on the platform is available to the company, but only agreed non-confidential and non-private data can be shared with the public.
Users are responsible for their own tax obligations related to income earned through the platform.
These Terms and Conditions are provided in both German and English. In case of any discrepancy, the German version shall prevail.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
